The following terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Hantech corp. By submitting your order to us, you are indicating acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice at the sole discretion of GreenHealth.ca.
The products and pricing listed on our website are not to be considered offers to sell, but rather advertisements to receive offers of purchase. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by GreenHealth.ca. All prices are subject to change so your order may not be accepted or you may be advised of issues of pricing or availability in regards to your order.
Order, Prices Policy and Taxes:
Receipt of order confirmation sent to you does not signify our acceptance of the order nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. GreenHealth.ca reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at anytime after receiving your order. Only based on shipping confirmation will our acceptance of your order be confirmed. All orders must be pre-approved with an acceptable method of payment before shipment occurs. We may need additional information for verification purposes before we accept any order.
All prices shown on canadacomputers.com are in Canadian Dollars and do not include the applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. The prices do not include shipping and handling nor any other services such as insurance. Price charged for orders will be the price at the time of the order.
GreenHealth.ca reserves the right in the event of any item listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error on information received from our suppliers to decline and/or cancel any orders for the incorrectly listed item. We may cancel at our discretion orders which may or may not have been confirmed including orders which may have been paid for or charged to your credit card. In the event a charge has been made to your credit card, GreenHealth.ca will immediately issue a credit to your card to offset the purchase.
You, the buyer, are responsible for all applicable charges including but not limited to; shipping, handling, delivery, taxes and applicable tariffs associated with the purchase.
When GreenHealth.ca ships the product, our liability for damage or breakage on the shipment will be limited to the coverage provided by the carrier's terms and conditions. You may wish to purchase additional insurance coverage for the full value of the product when you order. The appropriate request should be made when you submit your order request. GreenHealth.ca does not give any delivery guarantee such as specified time or date. All shipping dates are estimated from information provided by the carrier and internal processing time.
Payment may be made by online bank payment or credit card. Orders will only be processed based on confirmation of payment.
Liability:
The maximum liability to you on products purchased from GreenHealth.ca shall be limited to the purchase price of the products you paid. GreenHealth.ca will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. This applies in all cases however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or other reasons. Some of these limitations may not apply in some jurisdictions and those damages limitations not allowed under by exclusion or restriction under law may not apply to you.
Title to products purchased from GreenHealth.ca passes to you when the product is shipped. Title to copyrighted material remains with the licensor of the material or the copyright holder.:
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted under and governed by the federal laws of Canada, without giving effect to conflict of laws rules. The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for reference purposes only and are not intended to be part of or affecting the meaning of these Terms and Conditions.
Any additional or altered terms attached or appended to an order shall be null and void, without effect unless agreed to in writing by GreenHealth.ca. These Terms and Conditions may not be modified, altered or amended without the written agreement of GreenHealth.ca.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid or un-enforceable, in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder shall not be affected nor impaired. The Terms and Conditions stated herein are declared to be Severable.
Authorization:
This agreement with GreenHealth.ca cannot be assigned without GreenHealth.ca' written authorization. GreenHealth.ca is the intended beneficiary of this agreement. If there is any inconsistency between this agreement and other information or agreements included or relating to products purchased from GreenHealth.ca, this agreement will take precedence.

Links to this website without the expressed permission of GreenHealth.ca are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel or revoke any permission given to link to our site at any time for any reason, without any notice without liability to you or any other person. Framing of this website or any of its content in any form or by any method is strictly prohibited.

Order Processing: When you purchase from our website, your name, address, credit card number and amount purchased will be submitted to your financial institution to verify your identity and to authorize your purchase. We must also supply your name, telephone number, address and items purchased to third party shippers such as UPS to deliver your order to you. There may also be instances where we may drop ship directly from the manufacturer or one of our suppliers. In these instances they are the shipper for this order and given the same information.

Pricing Policy
GreenHealth.ca does not offer any form of price protection on items sold. Any refund amount is based on the lesser of the current price of the item or the price for which it was purchased. However, for defective items returned within 7 days (14 days for online purchases), the customer will receive a full refund for the price stated on the invoice.
Return Policy
We require the original GreenHealth.ca' invoice for all returns or exchanges. Customers who purchase online may send us a copy of their invoice instead of the original.
All products to be returned or exchanged must have their complete original packaged materials including any manuals, printed materials, disks, and cabling. All returned goods must be in resalable condition, inspected and approved by our staff.
Within 7 days of purchase (14 days for online purchases), items may be returned under the following conditions*:
- Defective products may be returned for exchange, refund or credit.
- Unopened and unused products are eligible for exchange, refund or credit.
- LCD Monitors with less than 7 dead pixels and Notebooks with less than 4 dead pixels are not considered defective. See manufacturer's warranty for dead pixel policy replacement.
- Opened or used products will be subject to a restocking charge of 15% minimum.
o Cooling products are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
o Ethernet cables in resalable condition are subject to 20% restocking charge.
o There are no returns or exchanges on all printer cartridges/toners, blank media (CD/DVD/etc.), opened software, OEM software, headsets and all cables excluding ethernet cables.
o GreenHealth.ca reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees for any special circumstances, such as damaged packaging, missing CD, etc.
o Physically damaged products will not be accepted.
* There is no exchange, refund, or credit, on select items. Some items have specific sales conditions. For example, on printer exchanges, the customer will only receive an exchange on the printer, not the ink cartridge/toner. Please refer to your invoice or ask in store for more information.
After 7 days from purchase (14 days for online purchases), GreenHealth.ca will only accept defective products for warranty service (see warranty policy below). There are no refunds on new, used, opened, unopened, or defective products after the 7 day period (14 day period for online purchases).
Note: There are no refunds on labour, installation or shipping charges.
Warranty Policy
All warranty periods indicated are from GreenHealth.ca, unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the manufacturer's warranty policies. Actual manufacturer warranty periods may vary depending on product and manufacturer and may be longer than the warranty period covered by GreenHealth.ca. Please refer to the Manufacturer's website or product manuals/packing for more information.
Generally the manufacturer's limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, physical damage etc. In no way does GreenHealth.ca warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.
Unless otherwise stated, all products purchased from GreenHealth.ca are covered by a minimum 15 day in-store direct exchange warranty policy.
To receive warranty service on any product from GreenHealth.ca, the product must be brought in with the original invoice and tested by our technicians (for online purchases, see below). If the product is deemed defective, you may be provided with a direct exchange* or will be required to fill out an RMA form so that we may send the item to the supplier or manufacturer for warranty service. Depending on the manufacturer's warranty policy, the product may be repaired or replaced. This may take 2~6 weeks. A copy of the RMA form will be given to you; please do not lose this form it is your responsibility to keep it in a secure location. GreenHealth.ca reserves the right to refuse to release any items left in our possession with out the proper RMA form.
* GreenHealth.ca reserves the right to substitute a comparable model at the current market value of your item.
Online Purchases: For products purchased online, the customer must contact us by phone (416-225-0444 or 416-300-0519) or email to address the problem with the product. If a technician is unable to resolve the problem over the phone or email, and deems the product defective or requiring testing, the customer will be given an RMA reference number. The customer must ship the product back to us with a copy of the invoice and the RMA reference number within 7 days upon being issued this number. GreenHealth.ca recommends that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the product from damage during shipping, as GreenHealth.ca does not warrant a physically damaged product.
GreenHealth.ca does not accept packages sent collect or COD. The customer must pay for shipping and provide the necessary information for reimbursement.
GreenHealth.ca will cover shipping charges both ways for the first 14 days on dead on arrival (DOA) products, both OEM and retail. This 14-day period starts from the day of shipment. Please use standard ground shipping. GreenHealth.ca will only reimburse up to 50% if non-standard shipping is used, such as Express.
If the product is determined to be defective and is covered by our in-store direct exchange policy, the customer will be informed and a replacement will be shipped out as soon as possible. The direct exchange period for online purchases is 30 days from when the order was originally shipped out to the customer.
After the first 30 days, the customer will have to wait until we get a replacement or repaired item back from the manufacturer. This may take an estimated 2-6 weeks depending on the product. GreenHealth.ca will cover the shipping charge for sending the product back to the customer for up to 90 days for OEM products and 30 days for retail products, from when the original purchase was shipped. Please note that some products may have a less than 90 day warranty. It is recommended that customers deal directly with the manufacturer for all retail products for faster turn around times. GreenHealth.ca can help facilitate warranty service between the customer and manufacturer for retail items, but will not cover any expenses incurred for warranty service after the first 30 days of purchase. For OEM products that have a one year warranty, GreenHealth.ca will not cover shipping charges after the first 90 days.
At no time after the 14-day DOA period will GreenHealth.ca cover the shipping cost for shipping the product from the customer to us.
GreenHealth.ca is limited to the service level offered by the manufacturer or supplier, please read your product warranty information carefully before contacting us.
For further details regarding manufacturer's warranty, GreenHealth.ca' in-store warranty and in-store direct exchange warranty, please see the warranty section on the product page. For specific RMA requirements please refer to the RMA Requirements Chart.
Note: All parts (Components, PCs, Notebooks, etc.) brought in for servicing or RMA that is ready for pick up by customer, will only be held for up to sixty (60) days, after which GreenHealth.ca will no longer be liable for said parts and said parts will become property of GreenHealth.ca.
